Community Partners
AFA’s Community Partner Program is a business membership that aligns chapters with organizations in their local community; fostering connection with local bases, growing support for the Department of the Air Force, and providing them a consistent level of connection with their community no matter the industry.

Coach Kimberly International is honored to serve as a Community Partner with the Air & Space Forces Association, united by a shared belief that investing in people is essential to strengthening readiness, leadership, and our nation’s future.
For more than 35 years, Coach Kimberly International has helped leaders, leadership teams, and organizations develop the human capabilities that enable people to perform at their best, navigate complexity with confidence, and lead with purpose. The firm’s work spans executive advisory, leadership development, executive coaching, organizational performance, and culture, helping leaders strengthen not only results, but the people and systems that make those results possible.
This commitment aligns naturally with AFA’s mission to develop leaders, educate the public, advocate for unrivaled Air and Space Forces, and support Airmen, Guardians, veterans, military spouses, families, and the communities that stand beside them. We believe that leadership readiness begins with human readiness, and that investing in leaders is one of the most enduring ways to strengthen organizations, communities, and our nation.
Founder and CEO Dr. Kimberly Jackson also serves as Vice President of Leadership Development for AFA’s East Georgia Chapter. Working alongside fellow volunteer leaders and the Doolittle Leadership Center, she contributes more than three decades of experience helping organizations build leadership capability and prepare people to lead through complexity, change, and uncertainty.
Kimberly is a Master Certified Coach and internationally recognized leadership advisor whose work integrates executive coaching, organizational development, systems thinking, Gestalt principles, and executive education through Harvard Medical School focused on resilience and supporting people through crisis and high stress environments. Her previous board service with Veteran Pathways and Change for Georgia reflects a longstanding commitment to serving veterans and strengthening the communities in which they live.
Her commitment to AFA is also deeply personal. Kimberly is the daughter of a United States Air Force veteran, the daughter in law of a World War II veteran who served with the 82nd Airborne Division during the Normandy campaign, and a Gold Star family member. Those experiences have reinforced her belief that service extends beyond those in uniform to include the families and communities who stand beside them.
At Coach Kimberly International, we believe leadership changes people, people strengthen organizations, and strong organizations strengthen our nation. We are proud to partner with the Air & Space Forces Association in advancing leaders, strengthening readiness, and supporting those who serve.
